For most of us at SERO, our first vehicle was a sailboat. Sailing was freedom and serenity, a way to go faster and slower all at once. That experience is what inspired us to create the SOL, a boat that’s both easy to use for beginners and advanced enough to race.
The new SOL sailboat is a familiar boat using the same components as the old classic, but with an updated cockpit to make it more adaptable and comfortable. Being built in Michigan makes it all more accessible – both the boat itself, and parts and accessories.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained and will be able to pack the items according to the exact and precise specifications. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and secured. We deliver to thousands of customers each day across various countries. This shows our commitment to be the largest retailer online in the world. These warehouses are in Europe in the same way as they are in USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item are assigned a processing time according to the item.
Prior to shipping, our team will perform a thorough inspection on the items you purchased. Today, most orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not completely manage it because several parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. Stocks can be changed at any moment. It's possible that you may not receive your order once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since you purchased your item, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
